FCRA / Adverse Action Information
Please complete and return these forms to Superior Employment Screening. We are required by law to have these agreements from you prior to processing any request for pre-employment screening.
If an adverse hiring decision is made based on information obtained in a candidate's pre-employment profile, the FCRA requires that you notify the candidate and provide them with a copy of their rights under the FCRA. Please find the appropriate information to be supplied to the candidate. These forms need only be utilized if/when such a circumstance arises.
